This page lists the legal documents that apply to the New Zealand version of lodgeyard.com and to the supply of Lodgeyard granny flats in New Zealand. Lodgeyard is a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC.
Nothing in these documents limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the implied warranties for residential building work in sections 362I to 362Q of the Building Act 2004.

Before you sign a Quote, we also give you the disclosure statement and checklist prescribed for residential building work under the Building Act 2004. Your Quote is written and dated, and comes with the warranty document for your unit.
