Company information
This legal notice identifies the company that operates Lodgeyard and the Australian pages of lodgeyard.com, explains how to contact it, what it does and does not do in Australia, and sets out information about the Website, its hosting, its content and the regulators that oversee our dealings with you.
Version 1.0. Effective date: 25 October 2026.
1. The company behind Lodgeyard
1.1 Lodgeyard and the Australian pages of lodgeyard.com (the Website) are operated by:
| Legal name | REXOR GROUP LLC |
|---|---|
| Legal form | Limited liability company |
| Place of registration | New Mexico, United States of America |
| Brand | Lodgeyard |
| Business address | 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9493, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA |
| contact@lodgeyard.com | |
| Website | lodgeyard.com |
1.2 In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean REXOR GROUP LLC, acting under its brand Lodgeyard.
2. Lodgeyard is a brand
2.1 Lodgeyard is a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC. It is not a separate company or legal entity.
2.2 Our quotes, invoices and contracts are issued in the name of REXOR GROUP LLC. When you buy a granny flat from Lodgeyard, your contract is with REXOR GROUP LLC.
2.3 REXOR GROUP LLC is a company registered in the United States. We say so because it is true, and because you are entitled to know with whom you are dealing.
3. What we do and what we do not do
3.1 In Australia, we sell factory-built expandable granny flats to homeowners in New South Wales. The units are made in China by partner factories that we select, check and compare for every order. We are not the manufacturer.
3.2 Our quote gives one turnkey price and shows who is paid what:
- (a) the unit, delivered to your block, sold and invoiced by Lodgeyard;
- (b) the GST and import charges, paid by you at the border as the importer;
- (c) the site works, contracted and carried out by the licensed NSW builder named in your quote, under its own written contract with you, and paid by you directly, never through us;
- (d) the approval fees, paid by you directly to the certifier or council you appoint.
3.3 Lodgeyard does not carry out, contract for or supervise building work. We are not a builder and do not hold a NSW contractor licence. Your council or a registered certifier, not us, decides whether a unit can be approved on your block, and nothing is payable to us before your council or certifier confirms that in writing.
3.4 The terms on which we sell are set out in our Terms of sale and in your written quote.
3.5 Information on the Website about approvals, building rules, importing, biosecurity and product standards is general information about how those rules apply to our units. It is not legal, planning or engineering advice about your particular situation. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, and our Website terms of use explain how it should be used. If you think that information on the Website is inaccurate, please tell us.
4. How to contact us
4.1 The quickest way to contact us is by email, at contact@lodgeyard.com. You may also write to us at our business address in clause 1.1.
4.2 You can also ask a question in the chat window on our pages. The chat window connects you with an automated sales agent: an artificial intelligence system, not a person. If you ask to speak with a person or leave your contact details, our team receives them and replies to you.
4.3 We communicate in English.
4.4 Notices about a contract with us are given as described in our Terms of sale. Claims under our written warranty are made as described in our Warranty against defects.
5. Website publisher and hosting
5.1 The Website is published by REXOR GROUP LLC, at the address in clause 1.1.
5.2 The Website is hosted by a cloud hosting and content delivery provider based in the United States, whose network delivers the pages from data centres in many countries. The chat window is provided by our chat service provider and displayed from its domain.
5.3 We describe our service providers by category in our Privacy policy. The list of our service providers, with their names, is available on request at contact@lodgeyard.com.
5.4 The Website is offered in a version for each country in which we sell. The Australian version is in English and is intended for people in Australia. Every version of the Website is operated by REXOR GROUP LLC under its brand Lodgeyard.
5.5 We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, as set out in our Privacy policy. In short: we use the details in your request to look at your project and reply to you. We don't sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies; our Cookie policy describes the items it uses.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 The content of the Website, including its text, photographs, images, videos, drawings, guides and design, is owned by REXOR GROUP LLC or used under licence from its owners, and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the laws of other countries.
6.2 Lodgeyard, our logo and the names of our models are used by REXOR GROUP LLC as trade marks.
6.3 What you may and may not do with the content of the Website is set out in our Website terms of use.
7. Photographs and images
7.1 We do not place credits or captions on the images themselves. The information required about them is given in this section.
Photographs of our units
7.2 The photographs and the video of our models show units of the same model that our manufacturer built for customers in Australia, used with its written permission. They are not your unit and not projects completed by Lodgeyard.
7.3 Workshop and factory photographs show the manufacturing of units of our type at one of our manufacturers, used with its written permission.
Computer-generated images
7.4 Some visuals on product pages are enhanced with AI from manufacturer's photos; they are not contractual. They show a unit of our type in a setting, not a specific unit or a completed project.
Illustration photographs
7.5 Some photographs illustrate the context of our work, such as landscapes, factories and shipping. They are used under the licence of their source, and the credits that the licence requires are given in this section.
Drawings and illustrations
7.6 Drawings, plans and illustrations of our models are prepared by or for us. Dimensions and specifications that apply to your unit are those in your quote and its attachments.
7.7 If you believe that an image on the Website is used without the permission of its owner, please tell us as described in clause 10.1.
8. Regulators and your rights
8.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Terms of sale and our Warranty against defects explain them.

- (f) disputes about goods and services in New South Wales: the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ncat.nsw.gov.au), where it has jurisdiction.
8.3 Nothing in our legal documents prevents you from contacting these bodies.
9. Payment fraud and imitation
9.1 Payments are made by bank transfer to the account shown on our pro forma invoice. We will never ask you to pay to bank details sent by any other means. If in doubt, contact us before paying.
9.2 We write to customers from addresses ending in @lodgeyard.com. The automated replies in our chat window never ask for and never give bank details.
9.3 We will never ask you for a password, a one-time security code or remote access to your computer.
9.4 If you receive a message that imitates Lodgeyard, or that asks you to pay to different bank details, do not pay, tell us, and consider reporting it to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
10. Reporting a problem
10.1 If you believe that content on the Website is inaccurate, infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to us at contact@lodgeyard.com, identifying the page and the content concerned. We look into it and, where appropriate, correct or remove it.
10.2 If you discover a security vulnerability in the Website, please tell us at the same address and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it.
