These are the legal documents that apply to Lodgeyard in Australia. Lodgeyard is a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. Each document is dated and versioned. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The essentials
- Nothing is payable to us before the Australian version of your unit is confirmed in writing in your quote and your council or certifier confirms in writing that it can be approved on your block. If approval is refused, you owe us nothing.
- Your quote gives one turnkey price and shows who is paid what. The site works are carried out by a licensed NSW builder under its own contract with you. Lodgeyard does not carry out, contract for or supervise building work.
- Payments to us are made only to the bank account shown on our pro forma invoice. We will never ask you to pay to bank details sent by any other means.
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and we add a written warranty against defects.
