Legal Notice (Sweden)

This page identifies the company that publishes lodgeyard.com and sells under the brand Lodgeyard. It provides the information that a provider of information society services must make available, lists the legal documents that apply to the pages intended for Sweden and sets out the rules on intellectual property and the credits for images.

Article 1. Publisher of the Website

1.1 The website lodgeyard.com (the "Website"), including its pages intended for Sweden, is published by REXOR GROUP LLC.

1.2 Lodgeyard is a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC. It is not a separate legal person. All the commitments made under the brand Lodgeyard are made by REXOR GROUP LLC. The pages of the Website intended for other countries are published by the same company.

1.3 The information on this page is provided in particular in accordance with section 8 of the Swedish Act on Electronic Commerce and Other Information Society Services (lag (2002:562) om elektronisk handel och andra informationssamhällets tjänster).

3.1 You can contact us quickly and directly:

• through the quote request form on the Website;

3.2 The chat window of the Website gives automated replies and can put you in contact with our team on request.

3.3 We reply in English or in Swedish. As indicated on the Website, we reply to quote requests within two business days.

3.4 Notices under a contract of sale are given in the manner provided in Article 24 of the terms of sale. A message in the chat window is not such a notice.

3.5 Requests concerning personal data are handled as described in Article 15 of the privacy policy.

Article 4. Responsibility for the content

4.1 The content of the Website is published under the responsibility of REXOR GROUP LLC.

4.2 We correct errors brought to our attention as soon as possible.

4.3 Content provided by third parties, such as the photographs of manufacturers or the websites to which the Website links, remains the responsibility of its authors, subject to the rules set out in Articles 8 and 9.

4.4 The replies in the chat window are generated automatically and are provided for information only, in accordance with Article 8 of the website terms of use.

Article 5. Hosting and technical services

5.1 The Website is hosted by a provider of cloud hosting and content delivery services.

5.2 The chat window is displayed on the pages of the Website from the separate domain rexorcloser.com, by the provider that supplies the automated replies on our behalf.

5.3 Our email is handled by an email service provider.

5.4 These providers act on our instructions. The identity of each provider is available on request at contact@lodgeyard.com. The privacy policy describes the categories of providers that process personal data.

5.5 The Website uses no third-party advertising services.

Article 6. Purpose of the Website and intended users

6.1 The pages of the Website intended for Sweden present factory-built accommodation units, such as capsule units and expandable units, sold turnkey to campsites, cabin villages and similar businesses. The units are delivered to the site, normally via the port of Gothenburg, and installed by an independent installation partner that contracts and invoices the installation directly to the buyer at the price stated in our quote.

6.2 Our sales in Sweden are made only to businesses and other organisations acting for the purposes of their activity. They are governed by the terms of sale.

6.3 The roles are allocated as follows: Lodgeyard reviews the project, selects the factory, sells the unit delivered to the site, has it inspected before it leaves the factory and is responsible for its conformity with the contract; the manufacturer builds the unit according to the drawings approved by the buyer; the installation partner unloads, places, connects and commissions the unit under its own contract with the buyer; the buyer obtains the permits, imports the unit through a customs representative and insures it from delivery.

6.4 The pages intended for Sweden are published in English, the main language of the Website, and in Swedish.

Article 7. Applicable documents

7.1 The following documents apply to the pages of the Website intended for Sweden:

• the terms of sale, version 2.0 of 25 October 2026, which govern the sale of units and are attached to every quote;
• the privacy policy, version 2.0 of 25 October 2026;
• the cookie policy, version 1.0 of 25 October 2026;
• the website terms of use, version 1.0 of 25 October 2026;
• this legal notice, version 1.0 of 25 October 2026.

7.2 The terms of sale are attached to every quote in a form that can be stored and printed, and are published on the Website in English and in Swedish.

7.3 The pages of the Website intended for other countries are governed by the documents published for each of them.

Article 8. Intellectual property and trademarks

8.1 The texts, logo, drawings, three-dimensional models, layout and compilations of data of the Website have been created for Lodgeyard and are protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and by the other rules on intellectual property.

8.2 Any reproduction, adaptation or use of the content of the Website beyond what is permitted by the website terms of use requires our prior written consent and, where applicable, that of the other rights holders concerned.

8.3 The name and logo Lodgeyard are distinctive signs used by REXOR GROUP LLC.

8.4 Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. The other names and marks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products or services concerned.

Article 9. Photographs, images and credits

9.1 The photographs of units, interiors and workshops are provided by the manufacturers concerned and reproduced with their written permission. They show units of the same model at the manufacturer's premises or elsewhere, and not necessarily the unit that will be delivered.

9.2 Some visuals on product pages are enhanced with AI from manufacturer's photos; they are not contractual. They illustrate the type of unit and do not show a particular unit or site.

9.3 Where the Website uses photographs from image libraries, such as photographs of landscapes, factories, ports or ships, they remain the property of their authors and are used under the licence of the library concerned. The name of the author, the source and the licence of each such photograph are listed in the photo credits of the Website and are available on request.

9.4 The drawings and three-dimensional models have been produced for Lodgeyard on the basis of the documentation of the manufacturers. They are illustrations and are not binding.

9.5 If you consider that an image published on the Website infringes your rights, please contact us (Article 12).

Article 10. Information published on the Website

10.1 The information on Swedish rules published on the Website is general information based on the rules in force on the date indicated. It does not replace the decisions of the municipality or of any other competent authority.

10.2 The specifications of the reference models are taken from the documentation of the manufacturers and are confirmed in writing in every quote. Prices shown are indicative; the binding price is the price stated in the quote.

10.3 Prices are stated exclusive of value added tax. The way in which customs duties, import value added tax and installation are taken into account is explained in Article 6 of the website terms of use.

10.4 The website terms of use set out the rules that apply to this information and to the automated replies in the chat window.

Article 11. Personal data and cookies

11.1 REXOR GROUP LLC is the controller of the personal data processed through the Website. The privacy policy describes that processing and your rights.

11.2 The cookies and browser storage used by the Website are described in the cookie policy.

11.3 Although REXOR GROUP LLC is established in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to that processing where it relates to the offering of our products to businesses in the European Union.

Article 12. Reports

12.1 You can report to contact@lodgeyard.com any error on the Website, any content that you consider unlawful or that infringes your rights, and any security vulnerability.

12.2 Please identify the content concerned and give your contact details, so that we can examine the report and reply to you. We examine reports promptly and may remove or correct the content concerned.

Article 13. Supervisory authorities

13.1 For information, the following Swedish authorities supervise compliance with the rules that apply to the Website:

• the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), for the processing of personal data;
• the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (Post- och telestyrelsen, PTS), for the rules on cookies in the Electronic Communications Act;
• the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), for the Marketing Act (marknadsföringslagen (2008:486)).

13.2 Under section 15 of the Act on Electronic Commerce, a failure to provide the information required by sections 8, 9 and 11 to 13 of that Act is assessed under the Marketing Act, so that the supervision of the Swedish Consumer Agency also extends to that information.

13.3 This list does not limit the competence of other authorities or of the courts.

13.4 Disputes between a buyer and us are settled in accordance with the terms of sale, and disputes concerning the use of the Website in accordance with the website terms of use.

Article 14. Language versions and updates

14.1 This legal notice is published in English and in Swedish. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.

14.2 We update this legal notice whenever the information it contains changes. The current version is published on the Website with its version number and date. Previous versions are available on request.
