Website Terms of Use (Sweden)

These terms govern the use of the pages of lodgeyard.com intended for Sweden, including the information published on them, the quote request form and the chat window with its automated replies. They do not govern the sale of units, which is governed exclusively by our terms of sale.

Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026. A Swedish version is available at /se/juridiskt/anvandarvillkor.

Article 1. Operator and scope

1.1 The website lodgeyard.com is operated by REXOR GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9493, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA, which offers its products under the brand Lodgeyard (Lodgeyard, a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC; "we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@lodgeyard.com.

1.2 These terms of use (the "Terms") apply to the use of the pages of the Website intended for Sweden, in English and in Swedish, including the quote request form and the chat window displayed on those pages.

1.3 The sale of units is governed exclusively by our terms of sale, which are attached to every quote. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of sale concerning a sale, the terms of sale prevail.

Article 2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms:

Article 3. Acceptance of these Terms

3.1 By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

3.2 If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3.3 These Terms are available at any time on the Website, in a form that allows you to store and reproduce them.

Article 4. Intended users

4.1 The pages of the Website intended for Sweden are aimed at businesses and other organisations established in Sweden, in particular campsites, cabin villages, glamping sites and other tourism and accommodation businesses.

4.2 We do not sell units to consumers under our terms of sale for Sweden. A person who uses the Website for purposes outside a trade or business may consult it for information.

4.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that a consumer has under mandatory law.

4.4 The Website also contains pages intended for other countries. Those pages are governed by the terms published for the country concerned.

Article 5. Information published on the Website

5.1 The information on Swedish rules published on the Website, in particular on building permits, shoreline protection, energy requirements, electrical installations, fire protection and snow loads, is general information based on the rules in force on the date indicated on the Website. It does not replace the decisions of the municipality, the building committee or any other competent authority, which the Buyer should consult before ordering.

5.2 The information on customs duties, import value added tax and the course of a project is general information. The tariff classification, the rate of duty and the taxes due are determined by the competent authorities.

5.3 The information on the Website does not constitute legal, tax, technical or financial advice. You should obtain such advice where your project requires it.

5.4 We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date. Rules, prices and products may nevertheless change, and an error may occur. Where you notice an error, please tell us (Article 16).

5.5 The pages of the Website describe a typical course of a project, from the request to the final notice. The actual steps depend on the project and on the municipality concerned.

5.6 The information concerning a particular project is that set out in the Quote and its annexes.

Article 6. Prices, specifications and images

6.1 Prices shown on the Website are stated exclusive of value added tax. Where they are presented as turnkey prices, they are starting prices for a standard site in Sweden and comprise the unit delivered to the site, invoiced by Lodgeyard; the customs duties and the cost of the customs representative, paid by the buyer on importation; and the installation, connection, electrical check and commissioning, invoiced directly to the buyer by the installation partner. Import value added tax is not included and is stated separately.

6.2 The exact price of a project is the price stated in the Quote.

6.3 The specifications of the reference models are taken from the documentation of the manufacturers on the date indicated on the Website and are confirmed in writing in every Quote. Only the product sheet and the drawings annexed to the Quote are binding.

6.4 Drawings, three-dimensional models, photographs and images are illustrations and are not binding. Photographs of units may show units of the same model at the manufacturer's premises. Certain images are computer-generated and do not show a particular unit.

6.5 Delivery times and timetables shown on the Website are indicative. The estimated timetable of a project is stated in the Quote.

6.6 The currency of a Quote, euro or Swedish krona, is the currency stated in that Quote.

6.7 The drawings and specifications published on the Website may not be used to have units manufactured by a third party.

Article 7. No offer and formation of contracts

7.1 The Content, including prices, and the replies of the Chat Window do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Swedish Contracts Act (lag (1915:218) om avtal och andra rättshandlingar på förmögenhetsrättens område). They are an invitation to send us a request.

7.2 No contract for the sale of units is concluded through the Website. A contract is formed only in accordance with our terms of sale, when the buyer has signed a Quote and we have received the deposit stated in it.

7.3 Sending a quote request, or using the chat window, does not oblige you or us to conclude a contract.

Article 8. The chat window and its automated replies

8.1 The chat window connects you to our artificial advisor: an artificial intelligence system, not a person. The window identifies it as such, in line with the transparency requirements applicable to artificial intelligence systems intended to interact directly with natural persons (Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

8.2 The Chat Window answers questions about our units, the applicable rules and the course of a project, and helps prepare a quote.

8.3 The replies of the Chat Window are generated automatically. Despite the care taken in configuring it, a reply may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Please check any information that is important for your decisions with our team and, for questions of regulation, with the competent authorities.

8.4 The replies of the Chat Window are provided for information only. They do not constitute an offer or an acceptance and do not create any commitment on our part, in particular as regards prices, delivery times, specifications or warranties. The Chat Window has no authority to make, accept or amend any commitment on our behalf. Only a written Quote, and the contract concluded in accordance with our terms of sale, bind us.

8.5 You can ask at any time to speak to a person. Our team then replies by email or by telephone, using the contact details that you provide.

8.6 Please do not enter special categories of personal data, bank details, passwords or personal data relating to third parties in the chat window. We never ask for bank details in the chat window. Never make a payment on the basis of bank details received through the chat window: payments are made only to the account stated on our pro forma invoice, as provided in our terms of sale.

8.7 You may not use the chat window to divert it from its purpose, to try to obtain its instructions or configuration, to submit content intended to manipulate its behaviour, to send automated or repeated requests, or to send unlawful, offensive or misleading content. The Chat Window may end a conversation that does not respect this Article, and repeated attempts may lead to the chat window being blocked for 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.

8.8 Conversations are recorded and kept in accordance with our privacy policy, which also describes the providers involved by category.

8.9 The Chat Window may show photographs, drawings and documents published on the Website. Article 6.4 applies to them. It may also refer you to the quote request form or offer to have our team contact you.

8.10 The chat window may be temporarily unavailable. You can always contact us through the quote request form or by email.

Article 9. Quote request form and communications

9.1 When you send a quote request, you undertake to provide accurate and complete information and not to use the contact details of another person without authorisation.

9.2 We reply to requests by email. We may first send an estimate, followed by a written and itemised Quote.

9.3 We may decline a request, in particular where it concerns a delivery outside our markets, where it is made by a consumer for a purpose that our terms of sale do not cover, or where it appears to be abusive.

9.4 To limit misuse of the form, the number of submissions from the same connection is limited over a short period.

9.5 A message sent through the form or in the chat window does not constitute a notice under a contract. Notices under a contract are given in the manner provided in our terms of sale.

9.6 Our replies to requests may be prepared with the help of automated tools, under the responsibility of our team, as described in our privacy policy.

Article 10. Acceptable use

10.1 You agree to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you may not:

10.2 If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to us in accordance with Article 16 and do not exploit it.

10.3 We may restrict or suspend access to the Website, the form or the chat window in the event of use contrary to these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedy.

Article 11. Intellectual property

11.1 The texts, logo, drawings, three-dimensional models, layout and compilations of data of the Website have been created for Lodgeyard and are protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and by the other rules on intellectual property.

11.2 The name and logo Lodgeyard are distinctive signs used by REXOR GROUP LLC. You may not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us or an endorsement by us.

11.3 The photographs of units and of workshops are reproduced with the written permission of the manufacturers concerned. The photographs obtained from image libraries remain the property of their authors and are used under the licences of those libraries. Certain images are computer-generated illustrations produced for Lodgeyard. The credits are set out in the legal notice.

11.4 You may view the Content, print it and download it for the purposes of evaluating a project or a purchase, or for the internal needs of your business, provided that you do not alter it and that you keep the indication of its source.

11.5 Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public display or commercial use of all or part of the Content requires our prior written consent and, where applicable, that of the rights holders concerned.

11.6 Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. The other names and marks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.

Article 12. Links

12.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, in particular those of public authorities. These links are provided for information. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

12.2 You may link to the Website, provided that the link is not misleading, does not suggest an endorsement by us and does not display the Website within the frame of another website.

Article 13. Availability, changes and security

13.1 We endeavour to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or error. We may interrupt access, in particular for maintenance or security reasons.

13.2 We may change, add to or remove the Content and the functions of the Website at any time.

13.3 The Website may direct you to the version for your country, as described in our cookie policy. You can choose another version at any time in the country menu.

13.4 We take reasonable measures to protect the Website. You are responsible for protecting your own equipment and for using up-to-date software.

13.5 For security purposes, technical data relating to the use of the Website are processed as described in our privacy policy.

Article 14. Liability

14.1 The Website and its Content are provided free of charge, for information. Subject to Article 14.4, we are not liable for loss resulting from the use of the Website, from the use of information published on it or provided by the Chat Window, or from the unavailability of the Website.

14.2 We are not liable for indirect loss, such as loss of profit, loss of turnover, lost bookings or loss of data, resulting from the use of the Website.

14.3 We are not liable for the content of third-party websites to which the Website links.

14.4 The limitations in this Article do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on our part, in the event of personal injury, or where mandatory law, including the law protecting consumers, prevents them.

14.5 Each business that uses the Website remains responsible for the decisions that it takes on the basis of the information published on it.

14.6 Our liability in connection with a sale of units is governed exclusively by our terms of sale.

Article 15. Personal data and cookies

15.1 We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

15.2 The cookies and the browser storage used by the Website are described in our cookie policy.

Article 16. Reports and contact

16.1 You can report to us at contact@lodgeyard.com any error on the Website, any content that you consider unlawful or that infringes your rights, and any security vulnerability.

16.2 A report concerning an infringement of rights should identify the content concerned and the right relied on, and contain the contact details of the person making the report. We examine each report and take the appropriate measures. We may ask for additional information needed to examine the report.

Article 17. Changes to these Terms

17.1 We may amend these Terms. The amended version is published on the Website with its version number and date and applies to use of the Website from its publication.

17.2 An amendment does not apply to use that took place before its publication.

Article 18. Language

18.1 These Terms are published in English and in Swedish. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails, without prejudice to the rights that a consumer has under mandatory law.

Article 19. Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1 These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

19.2 Disputes concerning these Terms or the use of the Website are settled by the Swedish general courts, with the Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

19.3 If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the applicable rules so permit.

19.4 Before bringing proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to settle the matter amicably.

Article 20. General provisions

20.1 If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, or is adjusted or disregarded under section 36 of the Contracts Act, the other provisions remain in force.

20.2 A failure or delay on our part in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

20.3 These Terms constitute the entire terms governing the use of the Website. They do not create any partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and us.

20.4 The other legal documents of the Website are listed on the legal information page.
