The model

Belvédère 27 offers 27.4 m² under a panoramic shell, glazed along one long side and one end, for a couple or a family of four. It is the showpiece unit of a park of unusual accommodation.

The layout is chosen in the quote: a single room, with or without a kitchenette, or two bedrooms. It arrives finished from the factory, with a fitted shower room.

On site, the partner installer sets it on adjustable jacks or pads, as non-anchored supports, then connects it to water, waste water and electricity.

Shipping

At 3.3 m wide, it does not fit a standard container: it ships in an open container (open top or flat rack), confirmed in the quote together with the weight and lifting points.

Rules on the campsite

In Belgium, the rules depend on the region. In Flanders, placing movable accommodation on a campsite that complies with the Logiesdecreet is exempt from a permit (Vrijstellingsbesluit, art. 8.4), but a chalet or bungalow needs a permit: your municipality decides whether this unit, which has no wheels, counts as movable. In Wallonia, planning permission is likely. In both cases, ask your municipality for its written opinion before you sign the quote.
