Language versions
Each document is published in English, French and Dutch: informations juridiques en français, juridische informatie in het Nederlands. For the General Terms of Sale, the French version prevails in the event of divergence, for the reasons set out in their Article 32. For the other documents, the three versions have the same value, and any discrepancy is resolved in the way most favourable to the user or to the data subject.
Scope
These documents apply to buyers established in Belgium and to the Belgian versions of the website. Buyers established in another country are governed by the documents published for that country. Sales are made only to professionals.
