Website Terms of Use: Belgium
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Belgian versions of lodgeyard.com, published by Lodgeyard, a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC, including the quote request form and the chat window with its automated replies. They do not govern sales, which are subject exclusively to the General Terms of Sale. Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026.
Language versions: these Terms of Use are published in English, French and Dutch. The three versions have the same value; if a discrepancy appears between them, the version most favourable to the user applies. Other legal documents: legal information for Belgium.
Article 1. Purpose and acceptance
1.1. These Terms of Use define the conditions under which any person may access and use the Website. By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms of Use. A User who does not accept them must refrain from using the Website.
1.2. These Terms of Use do not govern the sale of Units. Every sale is governed exclusively by the General Terms of Sale for Belgium, sent with each quote before its signature, and by the quote signed by the buyer.
Article 2. Definitions
- "Company": REXOR GROUP LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico (United States of America), which publishes the Website under its brand Lodgeyard.
- "Website": the Belgian versions of lodgeyard.com, in English, French and Dutch, including their pages, documents, images, quote request form and chat window.
- "Chat Window": the chat window displayed on the pages of the Website and its automated replies, which are generated by an artificial-intelligence system and not by a person.
- "Content": any text, image, photograph, drawing, three-dimensional model, video, document, data or other element published on the Website.
- "Units": the factory-built accommodation units presented on the Website.
- "User": any person who accesses or uses the Website.
Article 3. Publisher
3.1. The Website is published by REXOR GROUP LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9493, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States of America, contact@lodgeyard.com. The full information about the publisher and the hosting appears in the Legal Notice.
Article 4. Access to the Website
4.1. The Website is accessible free of charge and without registration. The costs of equipment, connection and telecommunications needed to access it are borne by the User.
4.2. The Company endeavours to keep the Website accessible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may suspend access, in whole or in part, in particular for maintenance, updating or security reasons, or in the event of a failure of its service providers or of the networks.
4.3. When a User arrives on the Website without having chosen a version, the Website may direct the User to the version of the User's country, on the basis of the country of connection and of the preferred language of the browser. The User may at any time choose another country or language in the selector; that choice is then retained as described in the Cookie Policy.
4.4. The Website is designed for current versions of the main browsers. Some functions, such as the Chat Window, require the execution of scripts in the browser. The Company does not guarantee that the Website is compatible with every configuration.
Article 5. Professional audience
5.1. The Website presents an offer intended for professionals, in particular operators of campsites, holiday parks, holiday villages and other professional providers of accommodation. The Company does not sell to consumers through the Website.
5.2. Any person may nevertheless consult the Website. Nothing in these Terms of Use deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of his or her country of habitual residence.
Article 6. Nature of the information published
6.1. The Content is provided for general information. The Company takes care to ensure that it is accurate and up to date at the date of its publication, and corrects any error brought to its attention.
6.2. The information on the regional rules applicable to campsites and holiday parks in Belgium (planning, tourism, fire safety, electrical installations, energy) is general information, established on the basis of the texts in force at the date indicated. It does not constitute legal advice, does not take into account the particular situation of each site, and does not replace the opinion of the competent municipality or authority, which the User is advised to obtain in writing before ordering.
6.3. The technical characteristics of the models are taken from the documentation of the manufacturers on the date indicated. They are confirmed in writing in each quote, whose technical specification and plans alone are contractual.
Article 7. Prices, illustrations and absence of offer
7.1. The prices displayed on the Website are "from" prices, exclusive of value added tax, for a standard pitch in Belgium. A turnkey price brings together the unit delivered and invoiced by the Company, the customs duties and import charges paid by the buyer as importer, and the installation works invoiced directly by the partner installer named in the quote.
7.2. The exact price depends on the project and on the site, and is stated only in the written quote. The prices, descriptions and availability shown on the Website do not constitute a firm offer. A contract is formed only under the conditions set out in the General Terms of Sale, by the signature of the quote and the receipt of the advance payment.
7.3. The photographs, drawings, three-dimensional models and computer-generated images are illustrations and are not contractual. The photographs of the models show units of the same model at the manufacturer, not installations carried out by Lodgeyard. Some visuals on product pages are enhanced with AI from manufacturer's photos; they are not contractual.
Article 8. Chat window and automated replies
8.1. The replies in the Chat Window are generated by an artificial-intelligence system, not by a person. The chat window says so, presenting the automated sales agent as an "AI advisor". If the User asks whether he or she is talking to a person, the Chat Window answers truthfully.
8.2. The Chat Window provides general information on the Units, the turnkey offer, the steps of a project and the rules applicable in Belgium, and helps prepare a quote request. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.
8.3. The answers of the Chat Window do not constitute an offer, a commitment of the Company or legal, tax or technical advice. They do not form part of any contract. Only the written quote and the General Terms of Sale bind the Company. For any point that matters to a decision, the User should ask the Lodgeyard team to confirm it in writing.
8.4. The User may at any time ask to be put in contact with a person. If the User leaves contact details, the Lodgeyard team receives them with the transcript of the conversation in order to reply.
8.5. The User must not enter in the chat window any sensitive data, data relating to third parties, banking data, passwords or identity data. The Chat Window never asks for them.
8.6. The conversations may be read by the Lodgeyard team in order to check the accuracy of the answers and to follow up on the User's request, under the conditions of the Privacy Policy.
8.7. The use of the Chat Window is limited in order to prevent abuse. The User must not attempt to divert it from its purpose, in particular to make it produce content unrelated to the offer of the Company, misleading statements attributed to the Company, or information on its configuration.
Article 9. Quote requests and correspondence
9.1. The User who sends a quote request undertakes to provide accurate information, relating to a real project, and to have the authority to make the request on behalf of the establishment concerned.
9.2. Sending a quote request creates no obligation for the User or for the Company. The Company remains free to issue a quote or not. Any response time indicated on the Website is indicative.
9.3. The information sent through the quote request form is used to study the project and prepare the quote, under the conditions of the Privacy Policy.
9.4. The Company never asks for a password or payment card data, and never announces a change of its bank details by simple message. Payments are made only in accordance with the General Terms of Sale, to the account stated on the pro forma invoice of the Company.
Article 10. Acceptable use
10.1. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and with these Terms of Use. In particular, the User must not:
- access or attempt to access parts of the Website or of the systems of the Company or of its service providers that are not public;
- introduce viruses or any other harmful code, or carry out any action liable to impair the operation, security or availability of the Website;
- send automated or mass requests, in particular through the quote request form or the Chat Window, or circumvent the limits set to prevent abuse;
- extract or reuse, systematically or by automated means, a substantial part of the Content, except for the indexing of the Website by search engines;
- impersonate another person or provide false information about his or her identity or establishment;
- transmit unlawful, defamatory, offensive or infringing content, or unsolicited advertising;
- use the Website for a purpose contrary to the interests of the Company, such as the misappropriation of its Content or the sending of fraudulent messages in its name.
10.2. The Company may take the technical measures necessary to prevent or stop such uses.
Article 11. Intellectual property
11.1. The Website and its Content, in particular the texts, the name and logo Lodgeyard, the drawings, the three-dimensional models, the computer-generated images and the layout, belong to the Company or are used by it under licence. They are protected by copyright, by the law on distinctive signs and by the other applicable intellectual property rights, in particular Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
11.2. The photographs of the manufacturers are used with their written permission; the photographs from the Unsplash image library are used under the Unsplash licence. Those rights belong to their holders.
11.3. The User is authorised to consult the Website, to print or download pages for the purposes of evaluating a project or a purchase, and to share links to the pages of the Website. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution or extraction, in whole or in part, requires the prior written authorisation of the Company, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
11.4. These Terms of Use transfer no intellectual property right to the User.
Article 12. Hyperlinks
12.1. The Website contains links to third-party websites, in particular official sources of legislation and information. Those websites are not under the control of the Company, which is not responsible for their content or their data processing. The presence of a link does not imply approval of the website concerned.
12.2. Any person may create a simple link to the home page or to any page of the Website, provided that the link opens the page of the Website in full and does not suggest a partnership or approval that does not exist. Framing the Website within another website, or linking from a website with unlawful content, is prohibited. The Company may request the removal of any link.
Article 13. Liability
13.1. The Company is liable for damage caused by its failure to comply with these Terms of Use, under the conditions of the law and subject to this Article.
13.2. Since the Website and the Chat Window are provided free of charge for information purposes, the Company is not liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the Website, or interruptions due to maintenance, updates, failures of networks or service providers, or attacks;
- decisions taken by the User solely on the basis of general information published on the Website or given by the Chat Window, without confirmation in a written quote;
- the content of third-party websites to which the Website links;
- damage resulting from the use of the Website by the User in breach of these Terms of Use.
13.3. These limitations do not apply in the event of fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Company or of its employees or agents, to death or personal injury, or where a mandatory rule prohibits them. They do not deprive the obligations of the Company under these Terms of Use of their substance.
13.4. The liability of the Company in connection with a sale is governed exclusively by the General Terms of Sale.
Article 14. Personal data and cookies
14.1. The processing of personal data carried out through the Website is described in the Privacy Policy for Belgium. The cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy for Belgium.
Article 15. Suspension of access
15.1. In the event of a breach of Article 10, the Company may, without prejudice to any other remedy, block the requests concerned, suspend the use of the quote request form or of the Chat Window from the source concerned, or refuse access to the Website, to the extent necessary to stop the breach.
Article 16. Changes
16.1. The Company may change the Website and its Content at any time, in particular to update the models, the prices or the information published.
16.2. The Company may amend these Terms of Use. The amended version applies from its publication on the Website, with its version number and date, and only to use of the Website after that publication. It does not affect a quote or a contract already concluded.
Article 17. Language versions and interpretation
17.1. These Terms of Use are published in English, French and Dutch. The three versions have the same value. If a discrepancy appears between them, the version most favourable to the User applies.
17.2. Where a doubt remains as to the meaning of a stipulation of these Terms of Use, that stipulation is interpreted against the Company, which drafted it.
Article 18. Applicable law and jurisdiction
18.1. These Terms of Use are governed by French law, consistently with the General Terms of Sale.
18.2. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris (France).
18.3. Articles 18.1 and 18.2 apply without prejudice to the mandatory rules which, in the case of a consumer, guarantee the protection of the law of his or her country of habitual residence and the jurisdiction of the courts of that country, in particular Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
18.4. Before bringing any proceedings, the User is invited to contact the Company at contact@lodgeyard.com in order to seek an amicable solution. That step is optional and does not affect any time limit.
Article 19. General provisions
19.1. Severability. If a stipulation of these Terms of Use is held to be void or unenforceable, it is deemed not to have been written, and the other stipulations remain in force.
19.2. No waiver. The fact that the Company does not exercise a right under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right.
19.3. Headings. Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
19.4. Related documents. These Terms of Use are supplemented by the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy for Belgium, which together govern the use of the Website. In the event of contradiction concerning the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
19.5. Independence. The use of the Website creates no partnership, agency or employment relationship between the User and the Company.
Article 20. Contact
20.1. For any question about the Website or these Terms of Use, or to report an error or an unlawful content, write to contact@lodgeyard.com. Requests may be written in English, French or Dutch.
20.2. Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026.
