The price applies to a standard pitch: prepared, accessible to a truck and crane, with an electrical connection point within 15 m and water and drainage connection points within 10 m; any difference found on site is priced by the installer before work begins. Import VAT on the unit and the installer's VAT on the installation are added, both deductible for a VAT-registered business. The model

Alcôve 14 is a 13.8 m² capsule for one or two people, with a shower room and WC, and a kitchenette as an option. Its streamlined shell and panoramic glazing make it unusual accommodation that is easy to place on site.

It arrives finished from the factory. On site, the partner installer sets it on adjustable jacks or pads, as non-anchored supports, then connects it to water, waste water and electricity.

Shipping

Dimensions compatible with a 40 ft High Cube container: the number of units per container is confirmed by the manufacturer in the quote.

Rules on the campsite

A unit placed on a campsite is a building under the Planning and Building Act (plan- och bygglagen). A building permit (bygglov) is required for every unit, even one standing on plinths or pallets without a foundation, and the campsite applies for it. Contact the building committee (byggnadsnämnden) of your municipality before you order. The unit may not be used, and therefore not let, until the committee has issued the final notice (slutbesked).
