Website Terms of Use: Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Luxembourg version of lodgeyard.com, including the quote request form and the chat window with its automated replies. They do not govern sales, which are subject to the General Terms of Sale. Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version prevails (Article 19).

Article 1. Purpose and acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the Luxembourg version of the website lodgeyard.com, in English and in French, including its quote request form and, where it is offered, its chat window.

1.2. By accessing or using the Website, the User accepts these Terms of Use. A User who does not accept them must refrain from using the Website.

1.3. These Terms of Use do not govern the sale of units. Sales are governed exclusively by the written quote and by the General Terms of Sale for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which prevail over these Terms of Use for any matter relating to a sale.

Article 5. Access and availability

5.1. Access to the Website is free of charge, apart from the costs of connection and equipment, which are borne by the User.

5.2. The Publisher endeavours to keep the Website accessible at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updating, security or reasons beyond the Publisher's control.

5.3. The Publisher may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website or of its functions, in particular the Chat Window, at any time.

5.4. To protect the Website, the Publisher applies limits to the number of submissions of the form and of messages to the Chat Window within a given period. A User who exceeds them may be temporarily unable to submit a request.

Article 6. Country and language versions

6.1. The website lodgeyard.com includes versions for several countries. On the User's arrival on the home page, the Website directs the User to the version for the country of his or her connection. The User may choose another country or language in the menu; that choice is then retained under the conditions of the Cookie Policy.

6.2. The Luxembourg version presents the prices, rules and conditions applicable to delivery in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The information and prices of another country version do not apply to a delivery in Luxembourg.

6.3. The English and French texts of the Luxembourg version have the same content, subject to Article 19.

Article 7. Nature of the information published

7.1. The Content is provided for information purposes. It does not constitute an offer to contract. In accordance with Article 14(2) of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, a proposal addressed to the public is merely an invitation to make offers.

7.2. The drawings, three-dimensional models and photographs are not contractual. The characteristics of the reference models are taken from the manufacturers' documentation (October 2026) and are confirmed in writing in each quote. Only the technical data sheet and the plans annexed to the quote are contractual.

7.3. The prices displayed are turnkey "from" prices, in euros, exclusive of value added tax, for a standard pitch in Luxembourg. They include the unit delivered, invoiced by Lodgeyard; the customs duties and the fees of the customs representative, paid by the buyer on importation; and the installation, connections, inspection of the electrical installation by an approved inspection body and commissioning, invoiced directly by the installer partner. The exact price is confirmed in the quote.

7.4. The durations indicated on the Website, in particular the period between order and delivery, are indicative. The schedule applicable to a project is set out, date by date, in the quote.

7.5. The information on the rules applicable in Luxembourg is general information established on the basis of the texts in force at the date indicated on the page concerned. It does not replace the opinion of the municipality or of the competent administrations, which the User is invited to consult before any commitment.

7.6. The guides and articles of the Website reflect the state of the information available at the date of their publication. The Publisher may update them but does not guarantee that they are exhaustive or up to date on the date of consultation.

Article 8. Quote requests

8.1. The User who sends a Quote Request undertakes to provide accurate information, relating to a genuine project, and to have the right to communicate the data of any person mentioned in it.

8.2. The Publisher replies to Quote Requests within two business days, with the questions useful for the study of the project. A Quote Request does not bind the User or the Publisher. The Publisher is not obliged to issue a quote, in particular where the project falls outside its offer or its area of delivery.

8.3. A contract is formed only under the conditions of the General Terms of Sale, by the signature of the written quote and the payment of the deposit.

8.4. The form contains a field which must not be filled in, intended to filter out automated submissions. A submission in which that field is filled in may be disregarded.

Article 9. Chat window

9.1. Where it is offered, the Chat Window displays the replies of an automated conversational system using artificial intelligence. It is not a person. The window states this when it opens and answers truthfully if the User asks whether he or she is speaking to a person.

9.2. The replies of the Chat Window are provided for information purposes. They may be incomplete or contain errors. They do not constitute an offer, a quote, a warranty or a commitment of the Publisher. Only the written quote and the General Terms of Sale bind the Publisher.

9.3. The Chat Window never communicates bank details. The User must not enter in it any payment details, passwords, identity documents, special categories of personal data or personal data of third parties.

9.4. At any time, the User may ask to be contacted by a member of the Lodgeyard team, by leaving his or her contact details in the window, or may write to contact@lodgeyard.com.

9.5. The User undertakes to use the Chat Window only to obtain information on the offer of the Publisher and on his or her project. It is prohibited in particular: to attempt to circumvent its limits or instructions, to make it produce content unrelated to the offer of the Publisher, unlawful content or content infringing the rights of others; to submit automated or massive requests to it; and to attempt to extract its configuration or the data of other users.

9.6. The data exchanged in the Chat Window are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12.4. The name and logo Lodgeyard may not be used without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher.

Article 13. Hyperlinks

13.1. The Website may contain links to websites of third parties, in particular administrations. These links are provided for convenience. The Publisher does not control those websites and does not answer for their content, their availability or their practices regarding personal data.

13.2. A link to the Website may be created without prior authorisation, provided that it does not create confusion as to the identity of the Publisher or as to the nature of its relationship with the linking website, and that it does not display the Website within the pages of another website. The Publisher may request the removal of a link which does not meet these conditions.

Article 14. Liability

14.1. The Publisher takes care in the accuracy of the Content and corrects it as soon as an error is brought to its attention. Given the information purpose of the Website, the Publisher is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for:

14.2. Article 14.1 does not exclude or limit the liability of the Publisher in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for bodily injury, or where a mandatory rule prohibits it. Article 17. Amendment of the Terms of Use

17.1. The Publisher may amend these Terms of Use at any time, in particular to take account of changes in the Website or in the applicable law. The amended version is published on the Website with its date and applies from its publication.

17.2. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of use of the Website.

Article 18. Severability and no waiver

18.1. If a provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.

18.2. The fact that the Publisher does not invoke a breach of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke it later.

Article 19. Language

19.1. These Terms of Use are published in English and in French.
