Legal Notice: Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

This page identifies the publisher of the Luxembourg version of lodgeyard.com and sets out the information on its activity, its prices, the hosting of the website, intellectual property and credits. Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version prevails (Article 15).

Article 1. Purpose

1.1. This Legal Notice provides the information enabling users of the Luxembourg version of the website lodgeyard.com, in English and in French (the "Website"), and the competent authorities, to identify its publisher and to contact it easily, directly and permanently, in accordance in particular with Article 5 of the Luxembourg Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce, as amended.

1.2. The use of the Website is governed by the Website Terms of Use. Sales are governed by the General Terms of Sale.

Article 2. Publisher of the Website

2.1. The Website is published by REXOR GROUP LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, registered with the Secretary of State of New Mexico.

2.2. REXOR GROUP LLC has no establishment in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is not registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register.

2.3. REXOR GROUP LLC does not exercise a regulated profession within the meaning of Article 5(1) of the Law of 14 August 2000.

Article 3. The Lodgeyard brand

3.1. Lodgeyard is a brand of REXOR GROUP LLC. The Website, the quotes, the invoices and the general terms of sale are issued in the name of REXOR GROUP LLC.

3.2. Any contract concluded through the activity presented on the Website is concluded with REXOR GROUP LLC.

Article 4. Contact

4.1. The publisher can be contacted rapidly and directly by electronic mail at contact@lodgeyard.com, which is the preferred means of contact, by telephone at the number indicated in Article 2.1, or by post at the address indicated in Article 2.1.

4.2. Messages may be written in French or in English.

4.3. For your security, bank details are communicated only on the pro forma invoice of REXOR GROUP LLC, under the conditions of the General Terms of Sale. No bank details are ever communicated through the chat window of the Website.

Article 5. Editorial responsibility and publication

5.1. REXOR GROUP LLC, acting through its legal representative, is responsible for the editorial content of the Website.

5.2. The Website is made available to the public online, at the address lodgeyard.com. The date of first making available to the public of this version of the Legal Notice is 25 October 2026. The pages of the Website indicate, where relevant, the date of the information they contain.

5.3. This Article is provided without prejudice to the question whether the Website constitutes a publication within the meaning of the Luxembourg Law of 8 June 2004 on freedom of expression in the media; it provides the information referred to in Article 62 of that Law to the extent that it would apply.

Article 6. Hosting

6.1. The Website is hosted and delivered by a provider of hosting and content delivery services established in the United States of America, acting on the instructions of REXOR GROUP LLC.

6.2. The chat window, where it is offered, is hosted by a provider of the same category; the database of conversations is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region.

6.3. The identity and contact details of the hosting providers are communicated on request at contact@lodgeyard.com.

Article 7. Activity and intended audience

7.1. Under the Lodgeyard brand, REXOR GROUP LLC sells factory-built accommodation units, in particular capsules and expandable homes, manufactured in China by manufacturers that it selects, to campsites, residential leisure parks, holiday villages and rental businesses.

7.2. In Luxembourg, the units are delivered to the buyer's pitch, under a turnkey price. Unloading, installation, connections, the inspection of the electrical installation by an approved inspection body and commissioning are carried out by an independent local installer partner, named in the quote, which contracts directly with the buyer at the price fixed in the quote.

7.3. REXOR GROUP LLC is not the manufacturer of the units. The manufacturer is named in each quote and on the rating plate of each unit.

7.4. The Website is intended for professionals. REXOR GROUP LLC does not sell to consumers.

Article 8. Prices and terms of sale

8.1. The prices displayed on the Website are turnkey "from" prices, in euros, exclusive of value added tax, for a standard pitch in Luxembourg. They include: the unit delivered, invoiced by Lodgeyard; the customs duties and the fees of the customs representative, paid by the buyer on importation; and the installation, connections, inspection of the electrical installation by an approved inspection body and commissioning, invoiced directly by the installer partner.

8.2. Value added tax is not included. Import value added tax is due from the buyer as importer, and the installer partner invoices its works with the value added tax applicable to them.

8.3. The exact price is confirmed in a written quote, itemised and in euros. The prices displayed do not constitute an offer.

8.4. Sales are governed by the General Terms of Sale for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, sent with each quote and accepted upon its signature.

Article 9. Intellectual property

9.1. The texts, the logo, the drawings, the three-dimensional model and the layout of the Website were created for Lodgeyard. They are protected in particular by the Luxembourg Law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, neighbouring rights and databases.

9.2. The name and logo Lodgeyard are distinctive signs used by REXOR GROUP LLC.

9.3. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website without the prior written authorisation of REXOR GROUP LLC is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided by law, in particular short quotation with indication of the source.

9.4. The photographs used for illustration belong to their authors or rights holders and are used under the conditions set out in Article 10.

Article 10. Credits

10.1. The photographs of the Website belong to the following categories:

• illustration photographs of the context (forests, factory, transport), from a photographic library, used under the Unsplash Licence;
• photographs supplied by a manufacturer, used with its written permission: in particular workshop photographs and photographs of the reference models;
• computer-generated images, which illustrate the type of unit and do not depict an actual installation.

10.2. The photographs of the reference models are those of the manufacturer of the reference model, used with its written authorisation. They show its exhibition and production units, not installations carried out by Lodgeyard.

10.3. The name of the author and the licence of each photograph from a photographic library are communicated on request at contact@lodgeyard.com.

10.4. The drawings, the three-dimensional model and the photographs are not contractual.

Article 11. Information published on the Website

11.1. The characteristics of the reference models are taken from the manufacturers' documentation (October 2026) and are confirmed in writing in each quote. Only the technical data sheet and the plans annexed to the quote are contractual.

11.2. The information on the rules applicable in Luxembourg, in particular in matters of campsites, classified establishments, town planning, nature protection, water management and electricity, is general information established on the basis of the Luxembourg texts in force at the date indicated on the page concerned. It does not replace the opinion of the municipality or of the competent administrations.

11.3. REXOR GROUP LLC takes care in the accuracy of the information published on the Website and corrects it as soon as an error is brought to its attention. Its liability in respect of the Website is governed by the Website Terms of Use.

Article 12. Links

12.1. The Website may contain links to websites of third parties, in particular administrations. REXOR GROUP LLC does not control those websites and does not answer for their content.

12.2. Creating a link to the Website is permitted, provided that it does not create confusion as to the identity of the publisher or as to the nature of its relationship with the linking website. REXOR GROUP LLC may request the removal of a link which does not meet this condition.

Article 13. Personal data and cookies

13.1. The processing of personal data carried out by REXOR GROUP LLC is described in the Privacy Policy. The Trackers used are described in the Cookie Policy.

13.2. The Website places no audience-measurement cookie and no advertising cookie.

13.3. The Luxembourg supervisory authority is the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.

Article 14. Applicable law

14.1. This Legal Notice and the use of the Website are governed by Luxembourg law, under the conditions set out in the Website Terms of Use. Sales are governed by the law designated in the General Terms of Sale.

Article 15. Language and version

15.1. This Legal Notice is published in English and in French. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails, French being the language in which the legislation of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is drawn up and is authoritative (Law of 24 February 1984 on the language regime, Article 2).
