Website Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the France version of lodgeyard.com, published by REXOR GROUP LLC under its Lodgeyard brand, including its quote request form and its conversation window. They do not govern sales, which are subject to our General Terms of Sale. Version 1.0 of 25 October 2026.

Article 1. Purpose and acceptance

1.1 These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the conditions under which any person may access and use the Website.

1.2 By accessing the Website or using one of its services, the User accepts these Terms. A User who does not accept them must refrain from using the Website.

1.3 These Terms do not govern the sale of units. Any sale is governed exclusively by the quote accepted and by our General Terms of Sale, which prevail over these Terms in the relations between REXOR GROUP LLC and its customers.

Article 2. Definitions

• "Publisher", "we" or "us": REXOR GROUP LLC, acting under its Lodgeyard brand.
• "Website": the France version of the website lodgeyard.com, in French and in English, including all its pages, forms and services.
• "User" or "you": any person who accesses the Website or uses one of its services.
• "Conversation Window": the conversation window of the pages of the Website and the automated replies displayed in it.
• "Content": all the elements of the Website, in particular texts, drawings, three-dimensional models, photographs, computer-generated images, videos, logos, graphic charter, software and databases.

Article 3. Publisher and host

3.1 The Website is published by REXOR GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States of America), whose head office is at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9493, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States of America. Email: contact@lodgeyard.com.

3.2 The identity of the publication director and the details of the host appear in the Legal Notice.

Article 4. Access to the Website

4.1 The Website is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. The equipment and the connection costs necessary to access it are borne by the User.

4.2 We endeavour to keep the Website accessible at all times, without being bound by any obligation of result. Access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates, security reasons or in the event of failure of our providers or of the networks, without any compensation being due.

4.3 We may at any time modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website, in particular its conversation window, or restrict access to it, in particular to protect it against abuse.

Article 5. Intended audience and country versions

5.1 The Website presents an offer intended for professionals: operators of campsites, residential leisure parks, holiday villages and other accommodation providers. Our offers in France are reserved for persons acting for the purposes of their professional activity, as specified in our General Terms of Sale.

5.2 The Website exists in several country and language versions. On your arrival on the home page, you are directed to the version of your country, on the basis of the country of your connection and of the language settings of your browser. You can choose another country or another language at any time in the selector; your choice is then remembered by a functional cookie (see our Cookie Policy).

5.3 The information on the France version, in particular prices, regulatory information and terms of sale, concerns projects located in France. The other versions of the Website have their own content and their own terms.

Article 6. Information published on the Website

6.1 The information published on the Website is general information on our offer, our models and the steps of a project. It is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer to contract.

6.2 Drawings, three-dimensional models and photographs are not contractual. Photographs of models may be those of the manufacturer of the reference model, used with its written permission; they show its exhibition and production units, not installations carried out by Lodgeyard. Some visuals on product pages are enhanced with AI from manufacturer's photos; they are not contractual. Only the technical sheet and the plans annexed to a quote are contractual.

6.3 The characteristics of the reference models are given on the basis of the documentation of the manufacturers on the date indicated, and are confirmed in writing in each quote.

6.4 Prices displayed on the Website, including the turnkey prices displayed as "from" prices, are indicative. They are calculated on the basis of the assumptions stated on the Website, in particular those relating to a standard pitch. Only the price stated in a quote accepted in writing binds us.

6.5 The regulatory information published on the Website, in particular on town planning, light leisure dwellings, customs and taxation, is general information prepared with care on the basis of the texts in force on the date of publication. It does not constitute legal or tax advice and does not replace an examination of the situation of each project by the User and the competent authorities.

6.6 We endeavour to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date and correct errors as soon as we become aware of them. Please report any error to contact@lodgeyard.com.

Article 7. Quote requests

7.1 The quote request form allows the User to present a project to us. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to use the form only for a genuine request.

7.2 Sending a request creates no obligation for the User or for us. A contract is formed only by the signature of a quote by the buyer and the receipt of the deposit, under the conditions of our General Terms of Sale.

7.3 The data entered in the form are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To limit abuse, the number of submissions from the same connection is limited.

Article 8. Conversation window

8.1 The conversation window of the pages of the Website gives access to an automated sales agent, an automated system based on artificial intelligence, and not a person. The automated sales agent says so at the opening of the window and answers truthfully if you ask whether you are speaking to a person.

8.2 The Conversation Window provides general information on our offer and helps you prepare your quote request. Its replies are drawn up from the information published on the Website and from our validated documentation. They may nevertheless contain inaccuracies. Only the written quote and its annexes bind us, and the information of the Conversation Window does not constitute an offer.

8.3 The Conversation Window takes no decision about you, concludes no contract, accepts no order and receives no payment. It never asks for and never communicates bank details. Any message, in the conversation window or elsewhere, that asks you to make a payment to bank details other than those on our pro forma invoice must be considered fraudulent.

8.4 You may at any time ask to speak to a person. If you leave your contact details, the Lodgeyard team receives them with the transcript of the conversation in order to reply to you.

8.5 Do not communicate in the conversation window any sensitive data, any bank or card details, or any information that you do not wish to see processed under the conditions of our Privacy Policy.

8.6 You undertake not to use the Conversation Window for purposes other than obtaining information on our offer, in particular not to attempt to divert it from its purpose, to make it produce unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or to extract its instructions. Repeated attempts may lead the Conversation Window to stop answering the same connection for 30 days.

8.7 Conversations are kept for 12 months after their last message and may be read by us to check and improve the quality of the replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Obligations of the User

9.1 The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and with these Terms.

9.2 The User refrains in particular from:

1. accessing or attempting to access, fraudulently, all or part of the information systems of the Website, or hindering or distorting their operation, such acts being liable to criminal penalties under articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code;
2. introducing any virus, malicious code or program intended to damage the Website or its users;
3. sending automated requests in a volume or at a frequency likely to disrupt the operation of the Website;
4. submitting false requests, impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting their affiliation with a person or entity;
5. using the contact details or content of the Website to send unsolicited messages;
6. reproducing or exploiting the Content in breach of Article 10.

9.3 In the event of a breach of these Terms, we may, without prejudice to any other action, restrict or block the access of the User concerned to the Website or to some of its services.

Article 10. Intellectual property

10.1 The Website and its Content are protected by intellectual property law. The texts, the logo, the drawings and the three-dimensional models of the Website were produced for Lodgeyard. The structure of the Website and its databases are also protected.

10.2 Illustration photographs belong to their authors, and photographs of models supplied by manufacturers are used with their written permission. They are credited in accordance with the Legal Notice.

10.3 Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or exploitation of all or part of the Website or of its Content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of REXOR GROUP LLC or of the right holder concerned, is prohibited and is liable to constitute an infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, and, as regards databases, a breach of the rights provided for in articles L341-1 et seq. of that Code.

10.4 By way of exception, the User may consult the Website and print or download its pages for personal use or for the internal needs of a project discussed with us, provided that the Content is not modified and that the mention of its origin is preserved.

Article 11. Distinctive signs

11.1 The name and logo Lodgeyard are distinctive signs of REXOR GROUP LLC. Any use of them without its prior written authorisation, in particular in a domain name, a business name, an advertisement or a keyword, is prohibited.

11.2 The names and signs of third parties that may appear on the Website belong to their respective holders.

Article 12. Hyperlinks

12.1 Simple hyperlinks to the home page or to a page of the Website are permitted, provided that they open the Website in a new window or tab, without framing, and that they create no confusion as to the origin of the Content or as to any relationship with REXOR GROUP LLC. We may request the removal of any link at any time.

12.2 Links from the Website to third-party websites are provided for information. We exercise no control over these websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their processing of personal data.

Article 13. Liability

13.1 We take care in the preparation and updating of the Website. We cannot however guarantee that it is free from errors, omissions or interruptions, nor that it is suited to the particular needs of each User.

13.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or from the impossibility of using it, for damage resulting from a decision taken solely on the basis of the general information published on the Website, for the consequences of a failure of the equipment or connection of the User, or for the content of third-party websites.

13.3 These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to personal injury, or where a mandatory rule prohibits them. They do not affect the rights that consumers derive from mandatory provisions of law.

13.4 The User is liable for the damage that it causes by a use of the Website contrary to these Terms.

Article 14. Security and fraud prevention

14.1 Our bank details appear only on our pro forma invoices. We never communicate them through the conversation window, and a change of bank details announced by message must always be verified with us, using the contact details of the Legal Notice, before any payment.

14.2 If you receive a message that appears to come from Lodgeyard but seems suspicious, in particular a request for payment, a link to an unknown website or a request for personal information, do not reply to it and report it to contact@lodgeyard.com.

14.3 Check that you are on the domain lodgeyard.com before entering any information.

Article 15. Personal data and cookies

15.1 The personal data collected through the Website are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15.2 The trackers used on the Website are described in our Cookie Policy. The Website deposits no advertising or audience measurement cookie.

Article 16. Reports

16.1 Any User may report to us any content of the Website that appears unlawful, inaccurate or infringing the rights of a third party, by writing to contact@lodgeyard.com and specifying the page concerned, the content in question and the reasons for the report.

16.2 We examine each report diligently and take the measures that it calls for.

Article 17. Changes to these Terms

17.1 We may modify these Terms at any time, in particular to take account of changes to the Website or to the applicable law.

17.2 The Terms applicable are those in force on the date of use of the Website. Each version bears its number and its date.

Article 18. Severability and language

18.1 If a provision of these Terms is held null or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.

18.2 These Terms are published in French at /juridique/conditions-d-utilisation and in English. In the event of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Article 19. Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1 These Terms are governed by French law.

19.2 Any dispute between professionals relating to the use of the Website falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.

19.3 A User acting as a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts designated by the applicable law, in particular those of the place where the consumer is domiciled, and benefits from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
