Quotes and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a fixed price. Each sale is made on a written quote that sets out the unit, its inclusions, the price, the delivery terms, the payment schedule and an estimate of the charges payable at the border. The terms attached to your quote apply to your order.
Installation, footings, power and plumbing are carried out by licensed local trades that you engage directly. Planning and building approvals for your block are your responsibility; we supply the technical documents your certifier or council asks for.
Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer to the account shown on our pro forma invoice. We will never ask you to pay to bank details sent by any other means. If in doubt, contact us before paying.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any warranty we give in writing is in addition to these rights and does not limit them.
