What we collect and why

The details you enter in the quote form (name, email, phone if given, suburb and state, project details) and our email exchanges. We use them to assess your project, prepare a quote, reply to you and, if you order, to deliver your unit. To get prices, we share the technical details of your project with factories, without your contact details.

Who we share it with

Our technical providers, acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and storage of requests) and Zoho (email). We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it is held

Outside Australia: in the United States, where our company and providers are based, and from the place where our director works.

How long we keep it

Three years from your last contact if you don't become a customer; for customers, for the length of the relationship and then as long as the law requires for accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to contact@lodgeyard.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
